Our annual
auction benefiting our
school was held November 17th, 2007. Donors are
a major part of what has made our school successful.
With this being our primary fund raiser, some of the
items supported by the auction are updating and
maintaining our computer technology program,
supplementing classroom and library curriculum,
updating the cafeteria, allowing our faculty to attend
ongoing educational programs, and starting our program
for three year olds.
This year's
auction had a Mexican Theme featuring authentic
Mexican food made by some of our own Holy Trinity
families and trips to Mexico, New Orleans,
Dallas, Branson, New Mexico and San Antonio. There
were several parties
and lots of fun items up for auction.
This year's
auction once again featured Loto-Fun. A lottery like
game where the amount grows until the night of the
auction and then one lucky winner receives half of
the pot and the other half goes to benefit the
school. This year the pot grew to an amazing
$4660. We also
gave away a Polaris 50cc 4-wheeler generously donated by
Rother Brothers at a drawing the
night of the auction.
